Tower Graphic Machinery, Inc. is a third-generation family-owned business. We began in 1927, with Gene Kelly, founder of Kelly Metal Corporation, located in Brooklyn, NY. Kelly Metal manufactured metal for the letterpress printing industry.
It was an era of enormous change in the seventies when people just didn’t want better, but demanded the best. It is no wonder that 1976 was the year that Joe Kelly Sr. had the vision to make something good even better. His vision soon became a reality. Hence, Tower Graphic Machinery, Inc. was born! From there, in 1995, Joseph Kelly the II, was honored to take the position of President for Tower Graphic Machinery, Inc. It was all 3 Kelly’s who truly made Tower Graphic Machinery, Inc, into what it is today.
